真是一个那啥坏了一锅那啥。两个城市频出问题的就是集中在两个不大的区域。Regina的中北部，萨斯卡通的St. Paul医院方圆1公里的区域。

Don’t fool by the fuzzy numbers. It’s true Regina is the top criminal city, BUT nearly all happened in North Central community. If you look every else, the crim index is near 0, which makes Regina the top safe rating in Canada.

Also, most Regina residence never been North Central in their entire life.
