1. 三年以上在加拿大做招聘和绩效的经验。
2. 敏锐的HR以及商业管理能力。
3. 中英文沟通能力强。
4. 组织能力强，单独处理事务能力强。
5. Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP)认证 is a plus，但不是必须。
6. 本科以上学历，国内和加拿大本地均可。
7. 有加拿大PR或者国籍。
