Is there any chemical solutions that I could use to avoid freezing up the latches without ruining the quality of the door? thank you!!!
Detail Question Sliding doors cannot be opened when temperature below freezing
Solution: It seems the hinges and tracks need lubrication. try. , i'd suggest you just grease the channel top and bottom where the arm slides to hold the door as it's sliding open or closed , U will need to buy a can of spray white grease and clean and then lubricate all the tracks the door channels on as well as all the latches for the door, this will cure the issue in most cases, did allot of these while working at a Ford dealer. , the plungers seem to be an issue not making good contact twist them around in their bore and also try to initialize the door
