Location: Markham, Ontario
Qualification:
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada ONLY
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be positive and eager to learn
- Must be a team player
- Fluent in Cantonese is an asset
- Customer services or office experience is an asset
Duties:
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
- Taking dictation and minutes;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Liaising with managers, clients, suppliers, and other staff.
