如果车辆不开，在魁省，我一回国就报停汽车，这样，政府会把今年余下的车牌费退还，明年的自然也不用交，一直到回来开通再交便是。打电话就可以操作。最多只能报停2年，超过2年，回来要验车才行。

Keep the vehicle’s most recent registration certificate, because you will need it when licensing the vehicle for road use. For the vehicle to be exempted from undergoing a mechanical inspection, it must be licensed for road use on December 30, 2019 at the latest. A mechanical inspection will be required as of December 31, 2019.
