- To assist in troubleshooting technical issues in a small-scale environment office IT support, such as software, laptops, desktops, mobiles, networking and general usage.
- To assist in developing and maintaining company website.
- To assist in designing and editing company promotional advisement.
- To assist in organizing promotional events.
- Be in charge to manage social media platforms (e.g. Wechat Official Account, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Vimeo).
- Be in charge to Create, edit and post company news, web banners, graphics and content to company websites.
- Be in charge to plan and create designs for company’s advertising.
- To work with marketing team to organize promotional events and to operate events devices such as camera、projector、speakers etc.
- In-depth knowledge of end user technologies including PC hardware, tablets, mobile devices, video conference systems, networks.
- Proficient in Office software applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
- Minimum 2 year related working experience in Designing area.
- Experience in operating major social media platforms (Wechat Official Account/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Vimeo).
- University degree.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English at high proficiency level.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
