既然有人跟我掰我早起自己翻译的资料。那么我就掰掰专业翻译翻译的资料。

我的Affidavit4 有很多很多的资料要翻译，估计有150个吧。我的专业有证的翻译翻得都头大了虽然我选择得资料都是很短得。比如说“ 老子在论坛一直骂你，一直把你骂成温哥华最大得loser” ， 我的翻译会问我，老子是什么呀？ 我晕我晕。我跟翻译说，你就翻译成“ 我”， 老子是那种北方粗老爷们对自己的尊称。因为我的翻译我一直在自己把关，所以最后翻译出来的跟原文没啥大差别，虽然有的地方我觉得不是太满意。

那就说说对方那个专业翻译。如果那个专业翻译在看，请你不要责备我，因为有人要跟我掰，那么大家就拿事实来掰个清楚了。

1）这个专业翻译很简单很简单的东西都能翻译不对。前面我已经给出过2个例子。
2）现在我来说说还有更离谱的，我都没有说过的。我在论坛上说“ 我不是律师，我不能说结果”， 结果被翻译成了“我不是律师，我能说结果” 怕怕怕怕。这种翻译错误，其实自己检查就能检查出来的。逻辑思维上的问题呀。不是水平不水平的问题。
3）发给我一点，翻译上有太大问题了。可是我从来没有跟对方抱怨过任何有关翻译的事情。我只是花时间把对方翻译翻译得不准确得东西，拿出来矫正一下。大家看看我矫正了多少东西啊。我把证据给大家看看。这些还不是最大的矫正。最大的矫正是全文全部翻译的。这个我就不能拿出来给大家看了。因为全文翻译的东西上我没有写矫正。只是把我自己的翻译东西交给法庭，告诉法庭我的翻译是对应哪个以前对方的翻译的。

现在让大家看看我所做的翻译矫正工作的一部分，还不是全部的

今天把文件全文整理出来了

一共55个文件，其中

法庭出了 3个，都不是我申请的，一个要求诉我，二个要求禁止我说对方不好，结果我的律师帮我申请到了双方都不能谈论对方不好。

原告做了23个
我做了29个，里面最重要的确立5 天 庭审的文件 Notice of Trial （就是用红笔标注的那个）, 这个非常重要的文件，填写起来也非常容易。本并不是被告需要做的，但是我怎么催文件都没有，最后过期好长时间了，我去交的，还好那个预定的时间还没有被人用了。

拿出事实来辟谣，让大家看看我是不是被谣言抹黑的那样，没有回复法庭，特意装傻故意拖延案子办理的。

事实可以让大家看清楚谁才是故意装傻想拖延案子，或者想不了了之的。

证据如下，因为不想把我花时间整理出来的资料被人利用了，我就拍能说明问题的部分

我的29个文件中除了4个是律师帮我写的，其它的25个都是自己写的，这是我的心血，我的见证，我的故事。

当我提交我Affidavit 1和Affidavit2的时候，我是递交法庭的资料里是这么写的。

论坛里的发言本身就不是正规的，有的是方言，有的是俚语，有的是错别字，有的是错别字特意表示特别的恶毒或者骂人。比如神经病和深井冰和圣经病都是一回事情。比如说操你妈，草泥马都是一回事情。

1）但是来之中国的专业翻译，他们都是受过高等教育，在骂人的领域里他们没有接受过专门的培训。
所以他们只能翻译非常正规的东西，对于那些比较素质查的发言，他们连看都没看到过，更不要说翻译准确的。
2）吵架的帖子是有背景在后面的，还有很多内涵比较深旁人不太明白的东西在里面。一个局外人是怎么都翻译不确切的。唯一能翻译确切的就是参加吵架的人本身，或者一直至始至终在旁观的人，当然英语表达还要有一定的能力。
3）比如我说法庭应该给撒谎者罚款罚到脚软为止，专业翻译就翻译成了give penalty to let the liar's leg weak. 而我的翻译是 give the penalty to the liar and accumulated penalty to the point to make the liar cannot afford then make the liar never dare to lie in the future. 哪个是可以真正地表达了完全准确的意思呢？腿软算什么呀，有没有说腿软就是不敢再撒谎的意思了？

既然说到专业翻译，那么我再来说说专业翻译。如果那个专业翻译在，请你不要责怪我。谁让有的人自己拿出来的翻译资料要我改了又改，还要不断地发邮件跟我说我的早期资料不是专业翻译翻译的呢。 更何况那个说我早期资料不是专业翻译翻译的人，自己的早期资料也不是专业翻译翻译的，那么你又什么权力来告诉我呢！

你引用我的帖子，然后用你引用的部分，那么你就是为了掩盖尼的罪证，存心想误导法官。

你上次就用了你自己引用我的帖子。但是这个掩盖了最真实的部分。就跟你剪辑我在论坛上的照片然后交给法庭的行为是一样的。

但是你没有权利引用后，把你引用的帖子交给法庭。因为一你掩盖了我回复别人的帖子。二，你引用后我发言的帖子，但是头像却成了你的了。我这么正儿八经的帖子最后被你的头像给误导了。

我在这里再告诉原告一下，不要以扫描，复印，打印为理由，你用来告诉大家你的文件不能交看得清楚的给庭审用

我已经给过你建议了，到法庭去，把资料借出来，然后带上你家的复印机，只要墨盒没问题，保证复印出来了的全部清楚

找啥理由不能找呀，这么简单解决的问题还发邮件，还说要交affidavit给法庭。

在司法的过程中，除了对于翻译我有了特别深的领悟外

我还对真相这2个字有特别的领悟

当大家对于同样的证据说着不一样的故事。说真的是有其他的资料当作辅助来进行分析的。而假的那个一定没有。

因为真相的唯一标准就是它存在过，既然存在就有过程或者迹象。

所以真相是唯一可以验证的那个。而不是大家胡编乱造的那个。

在司法的过程中其实领悟最深的就是真相2个字。可是我自己却从来没有想起来要谈过。今天突然想起来了真相这个词。

原因是是真相很容易被人忽略，没有人会花时间去探究。直到有那么一天，当我被告了。寻找真相是我唯一的出口。于是我在网上像疯子一样地搜查诽谤我的帖子。 大家都知道这个论坛上的帖子有多难找吧。特别是很久很久以前的。

没有以前的帖子，就算用中文描写把事情说清楚都困难。很多事情发生了，也记不全的。

好在有人扔一个个的麻团。看到麻团里提供的帖子的线索我找到了原贴。越多的麻团给了我越多的j机会看以前发生的帖子。

结果这些帖子让我找到了讲述整个事件的依据。我有了这些证据我一直以为是老天厚爱，在暗中帮助我找到这些证据的。

结果因为麻团被物质的证据一一击破候，扔过来的麻团就更有难度了。因为没有发生过，就更本无从下手. 作为被告我可以坐等别人拿证据出来证明麻团的真实性。但是我天省不是得过且过的人.就算没有发生过，我居然也能找到证据证明这个麻团压根没发生过.

这样的事情发生了几次后，我明白一个道理。真相就是真相就算没有发生过的事情掰成了发生过。真相也能让我找到证据证明这件事情压根没有发生过。

For sure, the judges know clearly who still lies after the lawsuit proceeded, but for the things happened on the forum, they need to take time to figure out. That is why I keep requesting to check the things happened after the lawsuit proceeded to find out whoever dares to lie after the lawsuit!
