技术类（FSW） 求教关于技术移民香港无犯罪证明问题

系统生成的checklist上有一项香港无犯罪证明，但据各位前辈说，想要香港的无犯罪证明需要先有加拿大使馆开具的介绍信，而这个信都是通过补料通知获得。那么请问目前checklist里香港无犯罪证明这一项我怎么办？使馆会在60天提交期限内给我介绍信，还是需要我自己联系索要，又或者目前这一栏可以先空着？
