你如果要转成voucher,就到网站上去操作。如果要退票，一张200块，必须打电话。只有从欧洲出发的才有全额退款，加拿大人二等公民，根本没有全额退款

请问你这是加拿大到中国的国际航班吗？谢谢

能避免加航就避免，这是我多次与加航打交道学到的教训。

我是第一次订加航的飞机，我以后也不会再坐加航的班机回国了。

你好，请问你的是直接在加航订的票？还是在机票代理商那里买的票？

如果在机票代理商那里买的机票，是代理商帮助办理换成credit 或是退款吗？还是我自己在加航的网站上自己办理？多谢！

我问我这个代理商二次了，一直不回复我。

而且说如果我退票，要一个人扣我$325，两个人共扣$650。而且先要我把这个$650的费用先转给他后，才能办理退票。

我的机票是7月9日多伦多到北京往返的。两个人的机票。

我是在加航官网上定的。
加航官网上是这样说的:"If you booked with a travel agent or any online travel agency (for example, Expedia or Priceline), kindly contact them directly for changes or cancellations. Each partner has a unique booking system that we are unable to access in order to adjust your booking. "

谢谢哈妹详尽的解释，这两天忙着写帖回帖才想起来进我的账户去看，没查到我的票，但乘机人的名字出来了，然后我选要credit，结果就出来让我填表，好麻烦的，你填过这张表吗？

好像没填过，我当时是按照加航客服给我Email 的方法做的，是在加航官网主页里点击“My Bookings"，然后输入Booking Number和 Last Name. 然后就让我选择是要travel voucher 还是要加航的哩数。
我的情况可能和你不同，我是三月份就在加航官网上取消了，但一直没收到加航有关Credit 的确认邮件，因此和加航客服几次email 联络后，她指示我这么做的。

我三月份取消时说credit只有一年的期限。但现在改了，credit是无限期的。

现在所有的credit都是无限期的，上个星期四要求退票。今天收到退款，一张票扣了200,没办法，被加航欺负了还没地方说理
