现在我作为sponsor，请问上面这段话，我应该打勾No ，还是打勾Yes 呢？
感觉这段问话，是针对初次申请移民，或申请后未获批的两种情况，好象不包括我们这种情况，所以上坛子求助，咨询一下，谢谢！
