如题，发生个奇怪的事，一家三人同时拿PR，填写的居住省份也是一样的，但两个人拿到的SIN第一位数对得上省份，一个人的SIN是别的省的开头，而且从来没去过那个省。这种情况大家碰到过吗，有没有什么问题

最好问政府，拿着SIN卡去一趟Service Canada.
我认识的一个人是在NS省通过上学后移民，然后拿的PR, 但此人的SIN 第一位数字不是1 （NS省）。我家几人移民到哈法后拿的PR SIN 数字第一个数字全部是1.

However, the government has found it necessary in the past to supply certain regions with SINs assigned to other regions1: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador; new Ontario SINs are now being issued with the 1 series
2–3: Quebec
4–5: Ontario (excluding Northwestern Ontario), and overseas forces
6: Northwestern Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
7: British Columbia, Yukon, and new business numbers.
8: Used exclusively for the BN (Business Number) assigned to business owners and corporations. Due to the limited number of BNs available, new BNs can start with a 7.
9: Temporary resident
0: CRA-assigned individual tax numbers, temporary tax numbers or adoption tax numbers
