1 你的收费收据的第二联（IMM5401），在金融机构（银行 palmer 注）缴费，并盖章。
2 如果你是加拿大公民，并住在国外，国际性银行的Draft 或者Money Order，要与担保人指南一致。
3 如果你通过Internet付款，从我们的网站上打印你的收据。

You have two options to obtain a fees receipt:
你有两种渠道得到缴费收据：
1. Payment of fees on the Internet 网上缴费
If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader software, a printer, and a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card, you can
pay your fees online. 如果你有Adobe Acrobat Reader，打印机 和信用卡（Visa, MasterCard 或者 American Express credit card），你可以在线付费（

2. Payment of fees at a financial institution in Canada 到金融机构(银行)交费
If you cannot or do not wish to pay online, you must obtain an original receipt form IMM 5401 in order to pay at a financial institution. Because of this form’s special features, it cannot be downloaded and printed from the website. You may, however, order it and it will be mailed to you.
如果你不能或者不想在线缴费，你必须到金融机构(银行)去交费，因此你必须取得原始的 收据表格MM 5401。因为该表格的特殊性，你无法直接从我们的网站上下载，打印.不过你可以预订，我们将邮寄给你。

本人及筒子们的个人补充说明：
1、可以通过信用卡，网上缴费 信用卡只能是：Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card
我当初没有信用卡，所以不清楚具体操作，不过按照
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html 上的连接一步一步的操作，应该没有问题。
缴费成功后， 你将得到一个PDF文件的 缴费收据。 上面也有一个流水号，注意保密， 不要被别人拿去用了。
自己打印出来。
填写 担保人（缴费人）的姓名 出生日期。

2、到银行交费：
1）、 先在
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html 免费预定IMM 5401，大约一周就会邮寄给你，
因为收费收据上面有唯一的一个代码，你将来可以通过这个代码查询你的进度 所以不能自己下载打印，必须预订。
2）、填写 担保人（缴费人）的姓名 出生日期 金额，到银行缴费；
第一次缴费的， 还没有Client ID，空着。DM以后才或收到Client ID。 补交的，应该填上 。
银行将 Copy1收据联 和 Copy2 Fees Receipt 联一起给你
3）、Copy2发票联和其他表格一起提交

两个部分：processing fees和永久居民权申请费(枫叶卡费)
A. The processing fees, which must be paid when you submit your sponsorship application, consist
of the following:
A 申请费－当你(担保人)提交担保申请的时候，必须付清, 包括一下条目：
$75 for the sponsor;
$75－－－担保人 ;
$475 for a principal applicant (the person being sponsored) who is 22 years of age or
older, or who is married or in a common-law or conjugal relationship, regardless of age;
$475－－－主申请人(被担保人)，22岁(含)以上的，或者结婚的， common-law 或者 conjugal relationship(以上三者不论年龄多少)
$75 for a principal applicant who is a under 22 years of age and not married or in a
common-law or conjugal relationship;
$75－－－主申请人(被担保人)， 22岁以下的，并且没有结婚
$550 for each accompanying family member who is 22 years of age or older, or who is
married or in a common-law relationship, regardless of age; and
$550－－－ 每个副申请人（accompanying family member），22岁(含)以上的，或者结婚的， common-law 或者 conjugal relationship(以上三者不论年龄多少)； 或者
$150 for each accompanying family member who is under 22 years of age and not married

The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which may be paid at the same time as the processing
fees or afterwards, but before the application for permanent residence of the person you want to
sponsor can be finalized, is:
永久居民权申请费(枫叶卡费)，可以和移民申请费(processing fees)一起提交,也可以以后提交。但是必须在永久居民权批准之前提交。费用是：
$490 for a principal applicant and accompanying family members who are not exempted
(see Table 3 Immigration Fees).

一点补充， 等待证实
每个申请过CIC服务的人，无论是移民还是担保还是别的，都有一个唯一的Client ID，对移民来说这个ID就是后来得到的枫叶卡的号码。
如果是本地出生的加拿大公民，又没有得到过CIC的服务（没担保过人），就没有Client ID，空着不填也是可以的。
补充：版主说得对，如果是后来补交费，这时已经知道担保人的Client ID了（隐约记得是在担保DM信上），就应该填上。
