1、学费，还得依据你的家庭收入情况来决定，不一定能全报批。EI培训一般是短期的，6个月左右。但也有一年的，这得看专业、工作背景与申请学习的专业，有个IT的就可读一年。金额太大也不容易批准。私立的也可。
2、在申请EI培训中，有生活费这一项是必须填报了。
3、EI是全加拿大的联邦福利政策。但EI培训，全个省的操作可能不一样，温哥华的不清楚，最好咨询一下当地的servicecanada Office。参看：
