bikini“比基尼”
来源:1947年,bikini这种游泳衣首次在法国假日旅游的胜地里维埃拉海滨出现,当时引起了极大的轰动。人们给这种两段式的泳衣取名为bikini。bikini一词首次出现于<世界报图文版>当年的8月号第一期。bikini得名于西太平洋的马绍尔群岛中的一个珊瑚小岛。1946年,美国在该岛进行了一系列的原子弹实验。所以,给bikini 命名的人有两个考虑,一是因为身着这种游泳衣的苗条女子可能引起异性的冲动力足以和bikini岛上的原子弹相媲美。而另外的一个原因就是bi在构词法中指的是二的意思,所以bikini 指的是两段式的游泳衣。后来开放的美国人在1964年设计出了上裸的泳衣,取名monokini,来源于mono表示一的意思,而三点式的泳衣里所应当的创造成trikini,因为tri表示三,而最有创意的就是nokini成为了裸体的代名词。
