为什么我到现在还接收不到呢？

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on November 23, 2015.
2. We started processing your application on February 26, 2016.
3. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on March 9, 2016. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

以上是我查询到的状态。刚刚我改了地址， 是否已经太晚了？

就是当时你准备的文件，比如护照翻译什么的，如果你收到信时会在信里有说明，信也是寄到你以前提供的地址

也可以带landing paper过去

怎么会发邮件呢？政府是不发邮件的呀。

email通知的 到目前为止没收到过mail。一共收到两份email 第一份是confirm 收到申请文件了，大概在寄出的三个月左右

Landing Passport (passport that you held at the time you became Permanent Resident) or
Refugee Travel Document or
Single Journey Document (IMM 5565) or
Notarized Statutory Declaration – Certificate of Identity
Receipt for passport renewal is NOT ACCEPTED.
AND
4.
Secondary Identification (MANDATORY)
Driver’s licence or Identification card issued by a province or
Confirmation of Permanent Resident Document IMM5688 / IMM 5292 or
Record of Landing Document IMM 1000 or
Recent Notice of Tax Assessment from Canada Revenue Agency or
Current university or college student card
Proof of Name change (if applicable)

Marriage Certificate or
o
Final Divorce Decree or
o
Certificate Change of Name issued by Registry office
5.
For Minors - Original Birth Certificate with certified English or French translation or
- Legal documentation proving guardianship, if the applicant has a legal guardian.
Parents or guardians of children must also produce original government issued ID
