无犯罪公证是寄原件还是扫描？

收到的email说：Please send us scanned versions of the requested documents. Please do not submit originals, unless otherwise stated, as documents submitted will not be returned.

也就是说，除非声明要原件，不然都是扫描件。但是无犯罪公证那里是写：
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from China

这里是说要原件，但信里又没说要寄到哪里。我知道我们是在渥太华处理的，但也没有具体地址啊。大家是怎么处理的？

然后上面也写了“unless otherwise stated”。这个文件就是stated了，然后官网上也确实给出了接收公证书原件的地址。

If you refer to this webpage, you should also provide police certificates for any country you stayed for more than 6months, for example, Canada.
Whatever, it is your case and you can do whatever you want. But bottom line, follow the email.

然后上面也写了“unless otherwise stated”。这个文件就是stated了，然后官网上也确实给出了接收公证书原件的地址。

按照文字意思，无犯罪公证是要寄原件的。但如果有工作人员说复印件也行，那就是他们自己规定也不统一。

总之我两样都寄了，原件和扫描件。
