我的建议是。大力发展长程导弹，让他们去搞防御系统，投资不成比例，经济上拖垮美国。
俄罗斯《生意人报》8月24日载文《美国将置亚洲于伞下》，摘要如下：
美国计划扩展其在亚太地区的导弹防御网络。华盛顿确信，这将有效回应来自朝鲜的可能威胁。然而，专家认为，美国此举的首要原因是，遏制中国“亚太领导权”。
《华尔街日报》公开了美国政府这一雄心计划的具体细节，包括计划在日本境内配备早期警戒雷达，然而并没有指明具体部署位置，但在日南部岛屿的可能性很大。同时，华盛顿还准备在东南亚地区部署另外一个雷达（预计是在菲律宾），但就该问题的谈判还处于初期阶段。
美国地缘战略转移亚太的构想还包括军事层面。加强在亚洲的军事存在是美国当局的目标之一，以加强应对朝鲜的挑衅行为。平壤政府定期向韩国、西方和所谓的“敌人”发表强烈声明，且坚持发展他们的太空计划。2012年4月，朝鲜试射“光明星3号”卫星，但以失败告终。值得一提的是，美国专家密切监测了此次发射：他们紧急从夏威夷珍珠港基地调来了浮动雷达站进行跟踪。
然而，卡耐基莫斯科中心主任德米特里特列宁认为，美国在亚太地区活跃的真正原因，是由于中国日益强大，“尽管美国人永远不会承认这点”。他继续指出，“北京的崛起，已达到令美国不得不将该问题摆在长期战略优先方向首要位置的程度”。
华盛顿特别关注的是中国的军事化：预计到2015年，中国军费预算较2011年将翻一番，并将超过亚太其它所有国家国防开支的总和。令美国不安的还有另外一个原因，那就是北京不同型号导弹数量的增多，以及中方在南海争议岛屿问题上的强硬立场。“很难说，美国在亚太实行的政策不是针对中国。他们尽一切可能维持亚太地区力量均衡，以排除北京成为地区领导者的可能性”，特列宁说。
中国政府目前就美国这一亚太新计划未作评论，只是呼吁利益各方防止“一国将本国安全建立在他国利益之上”的情况发生。显然，美国活跃表现的增多，不能不刺激到北京。
莫斯科也同样关注华盛顿在亚太地区的活动。2012年春季，俄副外长里亚布科夫在出访日本时就曾警告说，“美国反导系统设施逐渐在全球体系中一字排开，俄罗斯对此也非常担心”。

Mainland Chinese intellectuals have to wake up from the sweet dream of former ROC glory, which is mixed with the May Fourth glory. The so called June Fourth is no comparison with the counterpart in East Europe at all.

Criticism
Chinese Muslims refused to follow the May Fourth Movement. Instead, they taught both modern, western education such as science, along with traditional Confucian literature and Classical Chinese languages with Islamic education and Arabic in their schools. They merely incorporated the new instead of destroying the old and replacing it.[6]
Chiang Kai-shek, as a nationalist, and Confucianist, was against the iconoclasm of the May Fourth Movement. He viewed some western ideas as foreign, as a Chinese nationalist, and that the introduction of western ideas and literature that the May Fourth Movement wanted was not welcome. He and Dr. Sun Yat-sen criticized these May Fourth intellectuals for corrupting morals of youth.[7]
The Kuomintang party, under Chiang Kai-shek's rule, carried out the opposite agenda of the May Fourthers, he started the New Life Movement, against western values, instead promomoting Confucianism and making it more Chinese. The Kuomintang purged China's education system of western ideas, introducing Confucianism into the curriculum. Education came under the total control of state, which meant, in effect, the Kuomintang party, via the Ministry of Education. Military and political classes on the Kuomintang's Three principles of the people were added. Textbooks, exams, degrees and educational instructors were all controlled by the state, as were all universities
