Footing已经做好了，怎么修改竖向钢筋？Hilti anchor?

钢筋不锚入footing，相当于没有钢筋。

那个footing里面出来的钢筋是和墙中1和2层的横向钢筋相连的。
竖向钢筋和其他横向钢筋是和ICF blocks里面的ties固定在一起的。

if double layer, that's much better. proper curing of concrete is also very important. normally 30Mpa concrete will be used for foundation wall. you need make sure concrete keep moisturized for at least 7 days. study show that if not moisturized properly concrete can only reach 40% of its design strength. after 7 days only 80 percent it strength achieved. In design, we normally use its 28 days strength, that's called design strength. during curing, the cement will absorb a lot of water. proper curing will also reduce shrink crack.

I think he is talking about the transverse rebar in the footing, not the anchor rebar. correct me if I am wrong. I didn't see shear key on footing.

ICF is better, may be $10,000 more. but insulation will be much better and Styrofoam layer will alleviate a lot of lateral pressure.

嗯，一般contractor盖的房子才不管呢。我以前住的房子里面，墙和地面上都没有rebar。1960s盖的。

这都第5天了，从来也没弄过水。已经太迟了。
我看本地人和contractor也很少有人去弄。估计是即使wetting的话，footing的强度也远大于所需强度了吧？

除了basement，别的都不会有影响。basement最好能在5月或者9月份建。因为水泥最喜欢的温度是23-25摄氏度。
