当然“good”啦，说明大家都富裕了，生活水平高了，都奔着0.5米以上的房子，看不上便宜房子。

这个UNIT一定不好, 不是朝北的就是低层没景的, 而且是在YONGE的西边, 肯定有原因卖不高,

正常价那一带都是450- 500一尺.

朝西，低层，管理费偏贵，对面是house和绿地，朋友是买来自住的。

乍一看，吓一跳，收益比国内理财都高，再细看，原来才比上个月涨了0.8%，涨幅缩窄，成交量下跌，根据量在价先的原则，中线看跌
