我有朋友收到了
我收到两封电邮，先打开的第二封：(如下） 幸运地中签了， 但想象中的喜悦却没有那么强烈，这是一次相当糟糕的移民部改革方案，匆忙，混乱，令人愤怒！！虽然我中签了，但我仍然为那些符合条件却无缘中签的申请人感到深深的遗憾，希望大家继续给自己的MP和移民部写信投诉抗议，以便2018年度制定新的合理的申请制度。大家如果看看我以前的帖子，就会知道我去年12月给移民部长麦嘉廉写过投诉信，今年2 月继续给移民部写投诉信， 希望我的信件能让我们的声音被这些官僚老爷们听到！

Following your submission of the 'Interest to Sponsor' form, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is pleased to notify you that you have been selected to submit a complete application to sponsor your parents or grandparents.
To help you ensure your application is complete and that it is accepted for processing, we would like to remind you of the following points when preparing your application package:
If you are still interested in sponsoring your family member(s), we invite you to follow these steps:
1. First, start by reconfirming your eligibility to sponsor;
2. After you have confirmed your eligibility, you are invited to complete the new application package posted on January 9, 2017.
3. Print a copy of this letter and write your confirmation number that you received when you submitted your web form here:

4. Place this letter [email] as the first page of your application package.
Finally, it is important to note that this invitation to apply is only for your parents and grandparents and cannot be transferred. If the information submitted in your application does not match the information provided in the [I]Interest to Sponsor [/I]form, the application will be returned to you and will not be processed.
