本人在加拿大读研，老公是加拿大PR，想办理境外团聚移民，不知如何选择北京的Visa Office

我是新人，目前在加拿大读研，刚刚结婚，我和老公都在加拿大，因为境内团聚移民速度慢，想办理加拿大境外团聚移民，但是不知道如何选择北京的visa office。
还想再确认一下，如果公证结婚证，只要公证一个人的就可以了吧。

境内和境外申请准备的材料清单和邮寄地址都是不一样的，你按境外申请去准备材料然后寄到制定地点就行了，CIC的网站仔细看一下上面都有说明的

有资格。即使人在加拿大，也可以申请境外。
IMM0008表格中，Immigration office requested to process this application的选项中，你选北京或香港就可以了。

一般都会送到北京去审，因为你的国籍是中国。而且按照北京的checklist准备材料，比如户口之类的，因为这东西也就中国有，于情于理材料也会被送到北京。

啊，我忘了这个区别了。我当时是选的人在境外递交境外。

但我的确记得有许多同学是人在境内递交境外的。

貌似现在表格更新了，没有这个选项了，所以我很困惑他们怎么知道我要选北京签证中心

我跟楼主情况相似，我在加拿大读大学 男朋友sponsor我，也是走境外。我9月交的，你放心好了，就按中国viesion的guide弄就行了，境内境外是寄去不同office的，不会搞错。另外你常驻加拿大地址什么的都写加拿大的就好了。

你不用选北京，你国籍是中国自动就给分配到北京了，这个东西不需要你选的，你按境外申请的要求去准备提交自然就是按境外的流程去审核的

时间...时间就是正常的境外申请的时间，境外申请本来就比境内快，这也是为什么很多境内的人要选择境外申请
