Job Description

The chosen candidate will be responsible programming PLC’s to clients specifications and creating electrical drawings for the assembler to follow. The chosen candidate will be involved in multiple interesting projects and will be challenged on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities
Program machinery (mainly Allen Bradley RS logix 500)
Create electrical drawings for electrical assembler
Debug when necessary
Document all steps of the process
Troubleshoot with service team when required
Requirements
Must have a DEC in Electrical Engineer
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
MUST be an expert in programming Allen Bradley
Knowledge of Omron and Siemens is a PLUS
Must have a passion for programing and automation

Programming Controllers
The student will learn the basic languages for programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). He/she will gain experience using several different communication protocols, such as, Device net, Modbus, Ethernet, etc., as well as different network platforms and user interfaces. Students will learn and apply configurations for communication between controllers and interfaces, defining the run and off modes of automated systems.
