老移民加拿大租房子住，国内的房产可以认定为主要居所吗？

每年只回国住一个月也可以吗？大部分时间是住在加拿大租来的房子里。还有说加拿大境外房产不能享受自住房免税。亲戚的房产升值太多，怕打税不敢汇过来。

no . u cannt . I sold China only one house . but I live in Vancouver . so china house cant be principle house . after I sold it . I still need to pay tax for it . so best is not saying u sold house . just say family borrow u money if money is not huge . because Canada revenue will charge tax . depends how much profit since u bought it until ur landing year . I talked to cra directly by phone . so I just knew even that is my only one china house . I still need paying tax if I sold since I living in Canada

可以。没有最低居住时间限制。
