pensionable earnings multiplied by credited service. The contributory DB Buy-up plan provides a lifetime pension equal to 2% of final average pensionable earnings multiplied by credited service. An optional DB Ancillary Account is also available.
The DC Core plan provides Company contributions to the DC Core account ranging from 3.5% to 9.5% of pensionable earnings (percentage is based on age and service).
