倒是 Out of the question 毫无疑问 和 Out of thequestion 不可能的，Google翻译不同。第一次知道thequestion这么连写，这次手误无意中发现。

2. have developed a relationship with (someone) through meeting and spending time with them; be familiar or friendly with. "he knew and respected Laura"

What is the correct meaning of know?
1; to recognize as being the same as something previously known. (2) : to be acquainted or familiar with. (3) : to have experience of.

Out of the question is the term in use today. It means beyond consideration; unthinkable or impossible (Collins dictionary).

根据上面的解释，现在用without question 代替了Out of question。
比如： I would or could help you anytime without question.
