父母团聚移民 14年1月递交 转的渥太华 刚收到体检和无犯罪证明
请问无犯罪证明是email还是寄原件


写的是

please provide original police clearance certificate from China.

但是没有mail to address

底下又是EMAIL 他们的instruction

我太confused了 谢谢大家帮忙

所謂的原件"original police clearance certificate"是指由相關單位開出的原始文件(有可能只是中文)而已,所以必須再加上公證文件 "Any documents submitted which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a notarized translation in either English or French" 一起by email递交.如果你申請的原件本身就含中英說明,就不用公證了,只要將原件email递交即可

我刚收到的渥太华无犯罪信有如下内容。好像明确说了不要原件
Please note:


·Any documents submitted which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a notarized translation in either English or French.

·Please send us scanned versions of the requested documents. Please do not submit originals, unless otherwise stated, as documents submitted will not be returned.

·Please note that we can only accept unzipped PDF, JPG or .doc files that are attached to an email, totaling less than 5 MB.
