也不知道，父母岁数大，CIC是会加速批准，还是会拖延批准。我觉得从人权的角度应该加速批准，不过从利益的角度看是拖延。
今年递上去以后，俺娘说移民其实也未必好，估计也未必能等的到了。我心里挺难受，也不知道怎么接，也不知能不能批准，也不知道啥时候能能批准。怕希望越大失望越大，我都不敢说这事。移民这么些年了，一直也没回报父母什么。看着父母越来越老，真是着急呀。

我刚才又查了遍 当时申请表担保人信息, 在7b 部分有 UCI/CLIENT ID, 我是选的是NATURALIZED CANADIAN CITIZEN ,因为枫叶卡早收回去了,所以填了公民号 但只有7位,没有八位号码.
我刚才也尝试开头加了0 然后用这7位号分开输入进去,但是就是报错 ERROR MESSAGE :

我再三确认用号码填入,还是不行. 郁闷 ````

就是想有没有这样的规则。如果是规则，那应该不会制定那么缺德的规则吧。加拿大不是一直标榜人权国家么。

没有，都很久前了，我用的是公民号。

不过现在第二封信他们发来UCI了，所以可以登陆网站看状态了

no representative I dont think the 2nd letter is a big deal as long as you can check your status on line.

我觉得还是要办过来， 当年就是听父母的他们不是很想过来，错过了2011最后一波，一停停了两年， 虽然在这两年里他们也每年来一次夏天来，冬天回，但是岁数上去了我觉得更要办移民，因为80岁后连保险都很难买， 还有我不知道你是不是独身子女，如果独身子女，父母年纪上去了在国内连个照顾的人也没有，虽说也有亲戚 但亲戚也会老，他们的小孩也要上班。 照顾老人是我们小辈的义务。 现在我们在这里多数有家庭有工作有小孩，有时真的不是说仍就能走的。所以在停的两年里，我觉得我想清楚了。移民一定要办的，至于他们今后来不来常住，是他们的选择。
