Dear Sir/Madam,
The Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act became law on June 29, 2012. Under this legislation, Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applications made before February 27, 2008 were terminated by operation of law if a decision based on FSW program selection criteria had not been made by an immigration officer before March 29, 2012.
Upon review of your application, it appears that a selection decision was made before March 29, 2012, and therefore processing of your application is continuing. You are advised to proceed with any request for information or action sent to you previously.

前几天,参照TIM给我的建议,又发给北京使馆, 使馆回复如下：

积极角度想：从数据来看，一刀切后的遗留案件并不很多。感觉按照每年的配额，91打分的也不会太迟了。如果CIC还想刁难我们，我觉得逻辑上说不通：一刀切已经闹这么大动静了，如果再留点后患，何不当初把我们一并切掉更省事？如果再拖长时间，按照今年的“延误”官司，他们未来又得败诉，何苦？所以，CIC对我们的态度，估计也是赶快把这批“包袱”送走吧，他们好重新打鼓另开张。
从个人角度说，移民还是出于自己的欲望，无论是安全还是换个环境，都是打破旧有人生轨迹的挑战。对于欲望，需要老天允许，才是正当的。如果他给我了，我就接着。如果不给，挣吧着过去，也未必是好事。
从心里来说，当初选择移民充满了对现有环境的不满。媳妇说：我这种心态，到加拿大也会抱怨。当初觉得不会。那边那么好，怎么会？但后来觉得，媳妇的说法有道理。所以过去几年，我就在操练，把眼光对准上帝：他给我的一定是对我最好的。这样，社会中的不平事就不会在心里翻江倒海了。另外，也操练用积极的眼光看待身边的变化。经过这两年，感觉平和了许多，但还是操练不够。也许当上帝允许我去的时候，一定是他觉得我的心准备好了。如果没去成，一定是他觉得，我并不适合去。无论如何，感谢神。
