北京的Pre-C50积案共1043件、2777人，遭作废388件、979人;香港积案9186件、2万6144人，遭作废8754件、2万523人，是全球重灾区之一;台湾323件、906人中，有313件、874人遭作废。

过去12个月，北京使馆共审理553位申请人的投资移民案件，核准243人，148人遭拒，另有162人主动撤回，核准率为62%，共发出240张签证。香港领事馆审理总数为9614人，核准7510人，453人遭拒，1651人撤回，发出7450张签证，核准率高达94%。台北审理完成546人，核准489人，26人遭拒，发出503张签证，核准率95%。

1043积案数量较之去年有没有变化？
这两年preC50一件也没有审理吧，2013年不把北京积案清理了，天理难容啊。

The Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act became law on June 29, 2012. Under this legislation, Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applications made before February 27, 2008 were terminated by operation of law if a decision based on FSW program selection criteria had not been made by an immigration officer before March 29, 2012.

Upon review of your application, it appears that a selection decision was made before March 29, 2012, and therefore processing of your application is continuing.
