我想，不对的事情，为啥有人说爱心之类的话。

我问过我儿子，他也是中学生，如果这发生了，他会怎么想，他告诉我他会很伤心的。因为劳动那么长时间在等结果，却没有想到就那么没了。

我想，真要分享一下他们的成果，也必须等他们分享自己成果的喜悦之后再说吧。莫名其妙，就没有了。谁下次会去种呢。

大家在分享这些加拿大的好山好水的时候，请尊重这里的文化/价值/社会风俗吧。

community garden通常都是建在公园和公共绿地上的，由社区居民自发打理，如果有收获的话，community resident都可以去采摘。目的不是为了卖钱，也不是为了个人show off，这是联系社区居民，创造共同目标的一个方法。

allotment garden相对来说在community garden上更多一点排他性，通常由某个特定的非盈利组织义工打理，但是通常的收获也是拿来义卖，然后用义卖所得帮助社区需要帮助的人，或者直接把收获捐给food bank。

如果有人觉得自己需要到处捡菜来生活的话，我个人觉得无论是在community garden捡，还是allotment garden上捡，都没关系。有些人非要把这些行为定性为偷。我觉得绝大多数人这么说可以理解为缺乏宽容，但是一小撮人是别有用心，shame on you。

对于你我真懒得反驳了，如果讲普通话的人都被从加拿大赶出去，恐怕你也就心满意足了。看在你码了不少字的份上，我也回应一点，希望其他读者可以有自己调查研究和思考的能力和机会。

community garden不是richmond的农场，也不是你家后院。如果你在自己的土地上，办个休闲农场，这也不叫community garden，这个时候，谁非请自入都算违法。community garden的土地通常是市政府的，想发财可以去lease农田。lease土地不是因为你在ＣＴ买了化肥和种子就算数的。仅仅因为你在公园竖了块牌子，撒了点种子，不等于你可以像在自家花园一样宣告legal ownership。

不错，很多community garden组织者给自己立了些规矩，希望参与者尊重别的gardener的劳动成果，但是你如果想enforce your legal right against needy people，祝你好运。

这里给几个简单的reference。真心期待你哪天去报警。不管警方是怎么处理的，要是整个事件能够通过第三方再见报就完美了。

这个很好，本大王也认为小学的小朋友们种菜，然后七八十岁的老人去偷偷摘菜吃，是增进社区互相理解的光荣行为，应该予以表彰才对，有几位愿意主动去richmond news爆料，是自己摘的

your own property？什么时候某人的私有财产跑到市政府的公共土地上来了？这所有权究竟是谁赋予的，花了多少钱买来的？如果这个所有权是唯一的和排他的，那别的市民怎么办？大家也不需要自己的花园了，把市政府的公园切成块平分掉算了。

有时开车看到左冲右突的人，想一想可能家里有病人或急着接孩子或今天心情差，也就主动让了。如果憋着不让，心想一定是大陆司机，可能就陷入了----用旧的思维习惯--去结论加拿大社会现象的怪圈。

对待一个问题，用技术性或标准性去解释，与用管理或人性的角度去理解，结论会不同。有时收垃圾时，会有白人翻找瓶罐换钱，我会把家里的都给他，我知道这几刀一定对他很重要。

如果我想自己种菜自己吃的话，我不会去市政府申请一块community garden，然后竖上自己的牌子。这种事情应该在自己家的后花园做。否则，对其他市民不公平。

生活中可以上纲上线的事太多了。到了现在这个年纪，知道斗勇斗狠不过是给自己添烦恼。可惜有的时候，还是不能假装没看到，就像这个帖子。哈哈哈哈。

不知道从来没施过肥，从来没除过草，从来没浇过水，从来都不知道这里种的到底是啥，

甚至更本就不是这片社区的人，

在无人看管的时候，去“收获”一大批成熟的果实，

这种行为能否算作“SHARE”



宁愿花十分的精力去证明那一分的错误不是错误，

宁愿把颜色都调成灰色来证明黑白其实并不分明，

这大概也是一种不分年龄的人生追求吧！
