地基打那么浅,又没加桩,不是小的bilevel 就是bunglow。 肯定不是two story。

哈哈,我这里不是Regina,土质好,建two story也不需要加桩。
浅是有点,只有64”深。不知道会不会受到frost line的影响。

Have you checked with your inspector? To me, 64'' is too shallow. Hopefully you don't have heave problem in the future.

I have never designed residential buildings in Saskatchewan. For industrial structures, normally we require a minimum depth of 2.8m or so.

Anyway, check with an inspector or a professional engineer specialized in residential buildings.

真不知道。

我对加拿大民用建筑是完全外行。以我结构工程师的标准看,加拿大的所有house地下室都完全不合格,就那么稀稀拉拉几根钢筋,底板还是薄薄的素混凝土,这怎么行?

但人家这么干上百年了,也没啥问题。

所以我对民用建筑只敢提问题,不敢下结论。
