父母移民申请2016

大家好！ 之前帮父母申申请移民 今天收到通知没有抽中。但自己原计划今年10月份就去美国工作了，请问如果在美国工作，也在加拿大报税的话，明年还可以帮父母申请移民吗？ 非常感谢！ 目前是身份是PR.
