对于补料的一些疑问，请帮忙解答!

这次要我补的总共不下10项，有些东西不太明白，请大家帮个忙！

1、我们准备3个人一起出去，但是可能中介没有把BB的申请寄出（我们是2000年申请的，BB是2002年出生的），这次寄来的体检表只有我和LP两个人的，而我们已经在8月底把BB的申请费寄给大使馆了，请问我们该怎么办？

2、要补充存款证明，我们三人（BB才26个月）应该要有多少存款才够及格？这个存款是不是在收到VISA的时候就能解冻的？

赶快给使馆发电子邮件,说明情况,告诉他你已经交了钱了,让他再给你寄一张体检表.如果使馆2天不回复,就再发邮件问,我当时有个问题就是这样处理的.后来使馆在收到我的3次邮件后就给我回信了.
