工作证明信还是推荐信呢？

看官方文档要求的是reference letter，同时要求写明白任职时间，负责内容，薪水等等，怎么看怎么像是一种certificate而不是一种推荐信。我在网上找了半天，然后加以修改，搞出来下面这个东东。

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to certify that Mr. Wang (Company ID number: xxx and ID number: xxxx) worked as a Software Designer in R&D center of our company from July 2003 to August 2008.

During his working period, Mr. Wang was responsible for software design in the IBM database area.

Mr. Wang was entitled to a monthly salary RMB 7000 yuan and his annual salary was RMB 84000 yuan (7000*12) accordingly.

During his working period we found him a sincere, honest, hardworking, dedicated employee with a professional attitude and very good job knowledge.

Mr. Wang has no liabilities in our company.

同时也看到了不少的推荐信，都是指天花乱坠的吹嘘申请人多么多么的塌实肯干，如何废寝忘食的工作，是公司最优秀的员工之类的，但是对于薪水却没有提起。

请问各位大虾的这个东东是如何准备的呢？如果是我上面贴出的这种，我觉得叫certificate of working experience比较好，如果叫reference letter感觉反而不贴切了。

EMPLOYER'S REFERENCE LETTER其实就是“雇主证明信”。只是大家习惯性地将其称为“推荐信”了。这个跟我们大多数人的理解有些不一样。我们通常认为所谓“推荐信”一定是为了帮助当事人达到某种目的，而作的相关的证明，内容当然是尽力称赞当事人的能力，水平，素质等等；但是对于"证明信"而言，则需要的是客观，具体的信息。不能包含主观成分的内容。

楼上的说的有道理，那看来其中的几句也可以删掉了，例如：

During his working period we found him a sincere, honest, hardworking, dedicated employee with a professional attitude and very good job knowledge.

这一句有主观成分。

Mr. Wang has no liabilities in our company.
=========
这一句好像没啥必要。
