请问小蛇关于 职业类型 的问题

我是08年8月的BJ FN，现在就是担心职业类型了

何谓需求职业？属于需求职业是否根据职业的要求考量其学历、英语、从业年限的要求？属于需求职业者是否必须达到67分的通过分？移民官是否仅凭简表上的职业是否为需求职业就会武段地决定退案或留中不发或符合要求？？？
移民部长所推出的备受争议的修改案对这一问题都没有说清楚，以我看，这几个问题移民部长很难妥善地解决。我曾一再说移民法的这次修改案是“扬汤止沸”，绝不是“釜底抽薪”，因为关于技术移民的评判机制没有从根本上得到修改。
