hi all, i am doing school in edmonton. recently i applied for fsw at buffalo. unfortunately there is no such a forum like this where people can share their status over here. yeah, miss Tian Chao so much! i just want to get some idea on how is the general tendency like since i believe that all cic visa offices are supposed to follow the same/similar policy. what i have heard is that the buffalo office has been slowing down on the fsw cases very much since october or november. some people said that the quota of this year is done, some others said that they moved on to other classes, such as cec, pnp, etc., and some said that it is just holiday season. anyways, people came out with many ideas during this long waiting game. it is good to kill some time though. alright, let me share a little bit of my time line: i fall in category 3 of fsw and received a reference number from sydney on oct. 19, while my preliminary files arrived cio-s on aug. 29. all documents were received at buffalo on nov. 19. no news since then. that's all for today. good luck!
