Typical duties and responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls from existing and potential students and identify sales leads
Offer appropriate courses and services to meet students’ needs and gather the information required to complete the courses sale
Maintain the customer relationship by informing students of specific seminars, events and periodically reviewing their needs.
Provide customer service and assistance by responding to inquiries, complaints and handling complicated cases
Qualifications:
University degree or College diploma
Customer service or sales experience
Excellent command of the English language required, mother tone must be Mandarin
Highly motivated and a believer in self discipline, inner desire and drive to succeed and thrive on setting and meeting challenging goals
Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
Working knowledge of financial industry is an asset
