等了这么长时间，又回到起点，郁闷！

我的职业描述如：
title: software development manager
duties:
1. Lead a group to develop multimedia software.
2. Make development plan.
3. Recruit software engineers for our group.
4. Allocate tasks such as research, software design to group members and supervise their work.

NOC的如下：
1.Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments and companies
2.Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
3.Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
4.Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
5.Control the budget and expenditures of the department, company or project
6.Recruit and supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel and oversee their professional development and training.

很明显,Main Duty描述欠详尽;我0213的描述写了A4纸半页多,早上收到RN了

哎呀，看了这个帖子心理更忐忑不安啊。 这点都是LG自己写的，也写得很简单，才写了4行字，空了一行，我当时就叫他凑满来，他说我不知道情况， 他写的就是按照NOC的职业描述来的。。。。。。

我也没再深究，就寄出去了。 我现在后悔死了，也担心会不会被退，说描述不详尽啊。。。 晕！

这是关键句了：

看来悉尼认为你不符合0213.这个东西很主观的，我看你的描述就算是0213的工作职责，因为我自己就是这个行业的。但是悉尼的人未必了解这个行业，完全是依据文档描述来判断，他认为你不符合也许有他的理由。

我觉得楼主可以试试把main duties写的详细一些，尽量用NOC0213的词汇去描述你的工作职责。
再投悉尼试试，真的也假不了。

我觉着你也不用着急,坛子里也有很多同学Main Duty描述很简单也通过初审的,我觉着这很大程度要看38项职业审核人的主观判断的

注意看这句话，TZ们一直说，只要符合duty的某几条就可以了，但从这句话应该可以看出，到底要符合多少条、符合的条目是否为该NOC的核心职责&可区别性职责（明显区别于其它NOC的职责），VO方面应该有相应的底线，即使没有明文写出。

multimedia software， 软件的应该可以的啊，是不是可以往computer上在靠靠，或者更具体点，项目啊什么的
