姓名不对，FN号码和地址正确。
2007年12月申请，2008年7月签发的FN，申请的城市为Calgary.

今天收到阿省的第二封平信，说为第一次的名字错误道歉。等会儿我把内容整理上来，请TZ们看看还有别的意思吗？

这次信也出现了名字错误，是把名字的两个拼音强行拆开，把一个拼音和姓连在一起，晕倒！
