在等待了两周后，老熬在１２月１３日收到加拿大驻香港总领事馆的来信，内容如下：
We will reconsider your application. You need to proceed with medical instructions and submit new documentations. Please return photos per spec so that new medicals will be issued.
Please quote your file number B039****** and your name.
信是１２月２日从香港发出的，是对我１１月３０日的传真的回复。在得知签证出问题后，我给领事馆发出的第一份传真是在１１月２９日。这样看，他们回复得并不很慢，但途中耽搁了些时间。
信中附了一份Additional Family Information的表，另外还要补些材料，和准备照片，好在并不很费事。接下来节日较多，我想在春节之前把东西都寄过去，这样就可以好好过个年了。
我本想在原来的帖子上续写，但想了想，觉得还是翻开新的一页吧。新年将至，春节也不远了，档案号是旧的，但帖子应该是新的。
