care card expired and my pr is still in process, what should i do?

Hi everyone.

My care card expired right now, and my due date is in Dec.
My PR is still in processing, now they became very slow, i am still need to wait 2 more months to receive my proof of immigration documents. What should i do at this monment? I am sure that I won't have the money to deliever the baby in the hospital.

Now i am live alone in canada, if i will givebirth at home by myself sucessfully how can i get the baby's birth certificate?

Where can i buy the short term life insurance in canada for in case i will be not survive from child birth?

May i get any advice from this forum? I am really burn out right now except crying everyday!

Sorry about any inconvinent to everyone that there is no chinese version input in my computer.

很多没有保险的也在加拿大生娃，没什么大问题。

你在哪里住啊？以前有帖子说多伦多有专门免费帮助孕妇的机构，即便没有身份的。每个城都有专门帮助怀孕妇女的机构，你去问问吧。我知道我们这儿的小城的那个机构每个周四开放，你还是先去问问吧。别每天哭了，对宝宝不好。

Thanks all of advice which you mentioned the above. I am okey right now. I will face and solve the problem possitivly, because of the baby watch and learn from me too. I will try different way to do it, if it will work then i will post informations to this forum to help someone whom is undergo the same status as me. Thanks a lot!

For pr in processing attention: At this status you can apply 3 months care card extention, health insurance required photocopy of the letter of application received by immigration, and pr payment receipt. If you are not sure, just to phone them after you post the documents out.

Before the care card coming, you can go to see midwife whom can wait your care card coming to claim the money.
