因使馆未认可自考学历全日制学时，学历仅得5分，被拒理由如下：（收到拒签信前，已重新递交学时和成绩单清华认证，但不知VO看到补料没有?请专业人士或知道相关相类似的提点意见或建议!）
For education,you earned only 5 points of assessment .You have a self-taught junior college credential.A copy of your credential and transcripts on file .Regulation 78(2) states that points will be allotted to an appoicant based on his educational credential and a total of years "f completed full-time equivalent studies".Your evidence does not indicate the number of years of completed full-time or full-time equivalent studies it took for you to complete your junior college credential. "Full-time" is defined as at least 15 hours of instruction per week during the aademic year."Full-time equivalent" means ,in respect to part-time or accelerated studies,the period that would have been required to complete those studies on a full-time basis. Your evidence -the eiploma and your transcript-does not demonstrate that you received 15 hours of instrection per week , nor does it demonstrate the length of time it would have taken you to complete the program on a full-time basis.As a result ,you have a credectial at the non-university level,but you can demonstrate only 9 years of full-time schooling,those yiars being your compulsory education at the primary and secondary school level.
