夫妻团聚：有关IMM 1344 表的问题

本人是加拿大公民，先正在帮太太办理夫妻团聚移民。有一个关于 IMM 1344A 表的问题，想请教一下。

在 IMM 1344 A 的第一页第一个问题：
If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether you want:

大家是选 To withdraw your sponsorship. All processing fee less $75 will be repaid.
还是选 To proceed with the application for permanent residence 呢？

另外，All processing fee less $75 will be repaid. 这句话是什么意思呢？

我选的第2项，因为知道自己肯定符合标准，没有问题的。如果你对自己作为Sponsor的资格表示怀疑，选第一项可能最终会省申请费用。

另外，不记得哪里说过less $75，无法回答，对不住。或者你把上下文都给写出来我再帮你看一下？

多谢楼上的回复。我本人已经是加拿大公民，应该可以担保的。唯一的问题是我目前在国内工作，准备年底才回到加拿大。听说这种情况可能移民局会有所考虑的。

具体的文字是这样的：

If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether you want:

[ ] To withdrawal your sponsorship. All processing fee less $75 will be repaid;

[ ] Tp proceed with the application for permanent residence

对于这个 less 的用法比较陌生。望高手解答一下是什么意思。

据我的理解，如果您不符合Sponsor的资格，而且如果你选择第一项，即：收回赞助申请，那么已经缴纳的所有费用会退回给您，除了75加元的赞助资格申请费。
