依据February 22, 2011 CIC统计2010年数据显示80%的227新政北京签证处理完成时间10个月，80%的227新政香港签证处理完成时间14个月。结案统计条件是"based on a complete application package"，点进去看到如下的解释：

Q 9. What is a complete application package? It depends on the category you are applying under.
Each category has an application package on this site with

• the forms you need to fill out, and
• the instruction guide.

There is a Document Checklist in each package that lists everything you must include with the application. (Note: a few of the packages have checklists based on your region.)
If you use the checklists and instruction guide for your category, you can ensure that you include everything you need. If your application is missing any of these items, processing can be delayed.

以北京227为例，仍有不解的是，统计说的是不是补料完成后，拿到北京使馆新发的FN开始算起，平均80%的Case会在10个月左右结案?

这个数据是说到6月26号之前FN的人。。。那个剩下20%的一定都是被调了的。。

FN10个月结不了，ME后10个月比较可靠。

现在DM的那些人，貌似都是FN之后10个月结案的呀。。。。大家可以自己看一下，基本上都是5月FN的。。。

最近DM的都貌似是FN在5月的，基本上都是FN后10个月结案的。。。。CIC的数据只统计到6月26号之前的FN。。。

希望果真如此！ 我的fn是5月25，这样算来，岂非本月25日，俺就可以拿到isa啦？？？这个可太好的，基本是最好的期待实现了呢。
