经不起这家公司的不断推销的诱惑，在考虑了一年后终于“免费”（实际上，从开通那天起，公司已经从我的信用卡里扣除了一个月的电话费，够狠先缴费，后用服务）试用ITALKBB的电话服务。
但在试用了3天后，又受不了一个电话断线3次的折磨，果断地打电话取消试用。取消的第2天，收到公司的一份电子邮件，内容如下：

Dear XXXXX,
Your cancellation request has been submitted and is under processing.
Please mail back iTalkBB's phone adapter in its original condition including, all packing materials with bar codes in tact, all parts and accessories, documentation and manuals and all other items originally received within fifteen (15) days of service termination.

Upon receipt of the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your credit card and close your iTalkBB account.
