在BEST BUY网上买了个Refurbished的笔记本,4天都没寄出,今天收到这样的E-MAIL.请大家帮忙看一下应该怎样.

This is to inform you that do to a technical issue we are unable to process your order number XXXXXXXX. Please rest assured that your credit card will not be charged for this cancelled order.

We have approved price match on your cancelled order if the item is in stock and unfortunately there are no replacement offers for items that are out of stock. Should you wish to take advantage of this offer, please place your order online (excludes in-store pick-up) for the below items, and contact us by responding to this email with the new order number and our agent will discount the new order to match your original order (prices listed below). Please note any discount applied will reflect on your credit card statement within 5-7 business days of the initial payment being processed.

Best-buy 的网上商店服务超烂。上年Boxing Day我已经领教过。买了两件东西,一件是货不对办 - 货物包装盒上说的根网站说的不一样。第二件过了两个星期都不送来 - 每次打电话去问都说处理中,可是因为第二件货物还没出门就不发我收据,让我无法退回第一件货物。搞了一个月以后才跟我说第二件货物没货,既不能用同一型号来替代,也拒绝给我同样的折扣去买其他同类货物。

我情愿去店里买,也不会再在他们的网站购物。

去店里买。其实没什么便宜的(相比美国的bestbuy),而且,大多数是过时货。

请教,那么我现在要上BEST BUY我的帐户里 cancelled order它们才会退款给我,还是他们发这E-MAIL高诉我没货可发,直接就退款给我...???
