Finalization of Cases:
According to the Immigrant Processing Unit Supervisor Mr. Robert Stevenson, all Ministerial Instruction cases will be finalized (filed between February 28, 2008 and June 26, 2010). The visa officers are being pushed real hard to accomplish this task and this is becoming more realistic due to the reduced intake under the new criteria. He was also hopeful that cases file after June 26, 2010 will also see the light of the day during the course of 2012. Approximately half of the cases will receive a decision in first half of 2012 and the rest in later part of 2012 and early 2013. If an interview is required it would be conducted in Abu Dhabi though these quality assurance interviews are very few but important to attend. The Skilled Worker cases filed before February 28, 2008 still will not be reviewed until at least 2013.

去TM不要脸的垃圾。现在这帮人调整策略了，先227，再626,71。等到今年7月后再出新政或者明年以C50积案减少为理由降配额坑死91。
他们自己肯定觉得227优先于91说不过去了，所以现在趁很多91还没意识的时候拼命先处理227，等大多数91的明白了227也处理完了，到时候再出个新政或调降配额，一切都晚了。
227就算都处理完了也没我们什么事儿。香港91就算S2补料了也不代表会review，就像北京突然死掉的我们一样。
今年摆明了配额和91无关，227处理再快再多也和91无关，91的别痴人做梦了，看看C50还剩多少，再看看联邦技术移民配额有多少，今年都处理不完。不公开地区配额是有预谋的，那就是只按照每个地区的C50分配额。反正就是不要pre C50的，照这个思路，处理完C50,明年绝对要降配额了，或者找巨多的理由来拒我们。
