CIC提高语言标准体现在以下几个方面：
一，提高雅思在打分系统中的比例，第一语言由原来的16分涨到20分，也就是雅思考4高的，原来是16分，现在是20分。第二语言最高得8分不变。
二，根据不同性质的职业设置雅思最低标准，康胖胖特别举出律师和医生这两个职业需要流利，所以雅思也许要4高才符合申请条件，没达到4高，总分够了也不行。

四，原来不需要语言成绩的省提名类目，改革后也要强制雅思了。
