我很冒昧的代表一些还没有但准备参加起诉的HK91 SAP的受难兄弟姐妹给王律师发了email，全文如下，没有隐瞒什么，除了偶的qq号。貌似他可以接这个案子，但是需要跟他电话进一步沟通，他也建议联系Tim，但可能上一批Tim班的有些筒子没赶上……

and this will be a class action its for damages
if u want to force the govt to accept your case then it will be harder and that will be a judicial review
so we need to do both proceedings

thank u for ur reply. I'm not a consultant but a victim of the policy. Many applicants who submited their applications to immi section of HK embassy before feb.27,2008 (under SAP, from Sep 1 2006)want me to contact u.
Can u read or understand below Chinese words?if not, pls let me know.
现在我们这批91（Sep 1 2006）后，227（feb.27,2008）前提交资料到香港大使馆的申请人得知一刀切的消息后，都想起诉cic，我们的人有三种情况：
1。已经收到HK移民处发的s2补料信，并且已经将补料寄到了使馆
2。已经收到HK移民处发的s2补料信，但还没有将补料寄到使馆
3。还没有收到HK移民处发的s2补料信。
目前有人陆陆续续收到使馆发出的不要再寄s2资料的信，就像链接里面说的，我们无法接受这种欺骗、谎言，想一起起诉但不知道该起诉cic，还是香港移民处？该在哪里起诉？HK？Canada？我们希望得到你的帮助并愿意支付相关费用。

It's unfair apparently, and a group of people including me are looking for a lawer who can stand out and be on half of us to fight/sue CIC and it's policy. We need a professional with good reputations like you to help on that.

BTW, do you speak or write in Chinese? Some of us cannot fully understand the meanings of English law words so Chinese would be preferable.
