因为众所周知的原因，向北京使馆抗议的渠道有限。但是我们还是应该发出自己的声音，并通过大家一致的行动让使馆感受到这种一定的压力。虽然我们也想象不到会有什么实质性的作用，但是还是那句话“聊胜于无”，做点什么总比什么都不做要好，更何况只是举手之劳，希望北京91都来这里报名，然后我们草拟一个模版，大家把自己的个人信息填进去，用自己的邮箱发过去，时间定在下周一（5月21日）上午11:30前后30分钟，不要对使馆的邮箱形成网络攻击。
模版计划包括几个内容
1，说明自己S2补料后已经等待将近3年
2，质疑为什么在没有处理我们的情况下在处理227以及626等
3，根据我们拿到的信息（CAIPS，使馆邮件回复），我们认为自己的case应该会很快处理，为什么到现在还没有进展。如果没有进一步的进展，我们将像很多同学已经在做的一样，进行诉讼
4，让使馆给出时间表
另外我个人建议可以抄送给CIC，但是我不知道他们的邮箱。我想发送给使馆，同时抄送CIC，效果会稍微好一些。还有，我希望在ME之前将这种邮件质询维持常态，每周同一时间都发，反正是举手之劳。

下面给一个我自己随便写的一个模板，仅供大家参考。但是我希望大家在下周一上午11点到12点之间这个时间，都可以给使馆去一封略显强硬的信。谢了！
Dear Visa Officer
This is <主申姓名> (Application File Number: <FN号>)writing this mail for checking my application status which had been submitted in <FN时间> and supported by sending our furhter materials in <S2时间>.
Actually, what astonished me is that almost 3 years had passed since my sending out all my application material. From your previous replying emails and the Computer Assited Immigration Processing System information, I find my application had been in the queue for medical examination since 2010. Now I need a clear explaination why it was freezed while many applications had been finalized which were submitted quite later than mine. I need an explaination why they were given the priority on mine.
As this pending application process had given obvious disturbance in me and my family plan, I need you providing us a schedule when would be the next step. Otherwize, I had no option but rely on lawsuit that many applicants have alreay use. Thanks!
